Jessie Diggins (USA) and Rosie Brennan (USA) fly from one podium to the next. The US athletes seem unstoppable in this years Tour de Ski and confirm their results from the strong World Cup season start. After Sundays 1-2 finish in Val Müstair (SUI), the historic result was repeated during todays 10km F individual start.

Diggins chose a later start position but cleared the field from behind. Leading at all intermediate points, she managed to improve the fastest times set before by Rosie Brennan and ends with a margin of 14.8 seconds at the finish.

Heading into the race, Brennan orientated her speed on the fastest time until the first intermediate that had been set by Frida Karlsson (SWE). Karlsson started high paced but could not keep it up throughout the race. However, her team colleague Ebba Andersson reported back in best condition after her start into the Tour had been difficult.

Andersson showed a solid race performance, starting off as one of the first Swedish athletes on the start list. Constantly improving throughout the race, Ebba Andersson remained calm and focussed and got rewarded with a strong 3rd rank.

With the recent solid results, Diggins and Brennan take over the Tour de Ski lead with a clear margin before Frida Karlsson and Yulia Stupak.
