After successful halfpipe qualifications held on Thursday, the snowstorm weather was again in full swing at Mammoth Mountain on Friday, with strong wind gusts and low visibility making it impossible to run the halfpipe finals in safe and fair conditions.

Following a couple of programme delays and long hours of waiting for the weather conditions to improve, the organisers of the Toyota U.S. Grand Prix at Mammoth have made a call to postpone the competition to Saturday at 14:30 PST.

Initially scheduled for Saturday, the slopestyle competition has been also moved, with qualifications and finals now set to take place on Sunday.
