Ahh yeah...it's Friday, the weather's nice (hopefully, wherever you are), the weekend's upon us, and the latest edition of the Freestyle Rundown has hit the net for your reading and viewing pleasure. Loads of good stuff coming out of the land of Freestyle and Freeski over the past seven days, from cliff jumping with the world's most stylish shredder in Andorra, to insane dryland ski cross training in Russia, to the freshest of fresh clips from Mt Hood - it's all in here.
Let's get it all started on a high this week with those freshies we were just talking about, because Alex Ferreira is in Hood and the man is looking good while getting his reps in on the darn near perfect pipe. This is the definition of “vibing"...
Young gun Hunter Carey is there in Oregon as well, and it looks like he just added a fresh new dub 12 to his arsenal. Steezy...
And you know 2019/20 halfpipe crystal globe winner Aaron Blunck is Hood hanging, doing Blunck things - including stacking a couple of clips outside of the pipe. You're gonna want to stick around for the final hit in this one…
Birk Irving and Dylan Ladd - both also in Hood, both also dropping hammers, both celebrating the 4th of July last weekend the best way they know how...
Ok ok...we could get stuck in with Hood clips all day but there's plenty more to get to today, so let's jump across the pond to Zermatt, where Czech king Simon Bartik arrived on the scene and immediately got to work stacking clips…
Meanwhile, over in Les 2 Alpes, Coline Ballet-Baz has been busy putting down some breezy lines. We missed this style on the World Cup tour last season while Coline worked on her Skivas video project…

Alright, let's get off the snow and into some water, because we saw a bit of a theme this week of skiers hucking themselves off of some pretty impressive cliffs. Example A? Henrik Harlaut, whose signature style translates even without his signature kit on in this slow-spinning left 5 in Andorra…
Then there's Spain's finest Thib Magnin, who teamed up with his brother Noah for this hot little edit in Mallorca. Was that a triple backflip we saw in the middle there? Jeez…
She may be more than twice Thib's age and officially retired from professional risk-taking, but that doesn't mean that ski cross GOAT Ophelie David isn't out there getting her shot of adrenaline whenever she gets the chance. Age ain't nothin' but a number, folks…
Staying wet here, Sarah Hoefflin has been trying to learn the ins & outs of wake shredding. First clip - very much "in" the water, headfirst. Second clip, "out" and stomped - as you would expect from one of the world's preeminant rippers…
Of course, some of our athletes are a little bit more serious about their time spent gettin' soaked, such as Swiss aerials ace Carol Bouvard, who's working on adding a little more speed to her spins on the water ramps…
Speaking of serious, this training clip from Russian ski cross boss Igor Omelin has our legs burning just from watching. Probably the best re-creation of an actual SX race on flatground we could really imagine…
Of course, the ol' pumptrack is the place to be if you want to bring the speed up closer to what you would see in an actual SX race...
Not sure what to say about this one, except that there's weight training, and then there's whatever Sandra Naeslund is up to here. This is no joke...
She won't be lifting 4x her own body weight anytime soon, but shout-out to Keri Herman who'w back on her feet after her SECOND femur transplant...
