Full steam ahead for TRIPLE in Seefeld

After the mandatory Event Task Force Meeting took part last night, it is full steam ahead for the second big highlight of the Nordic Combined season 2020/21 season: the Nordic Combined TRIPLE.

The event was confirmed in yesterday’s meeting which brought together representatives of the Organising Committee, the Austrian Ski Association, FIS and the host broadcaster ORF.

While the TRIPLE will unfortunately not have spectators this year, the Covid-19 prevention concept has already been tested and tried successfully in Ramsau am Dachstein and all involved parties are optimistic that the 2021 TRIPLE can be held in the same responsible and high-quality manner.

Also on the sports side, the resort is looking good: some teams are already enjoying the great track conditions and cold temperatures for training camps and also the ski jumping hill is seeing intense training activity already. In addition, a Nordic Combined Alpencup weekend has been held in Seefeld before Christmas.
