After her success on Saturday, Slovenia's Nika Kriznar also won the second competition in Courchevel (FRA) on Sunday.
The 23-year-old presented herself in outstanding form on the HS 132 meters large hill and ensured a record lead of 43.4 points over second-placed Sara Takahashi from Japan in her victory. Canada's Alexandria Loutitt finished third, as she did on Saturday.

"I'm in really good shape physically and mentally, apart from that I don't really do anything differently" Kriznar was herself looking for reasons for her over-form after her outstanding performance in Courchevel. "My confidence is very good and today was for sure the best day, I am super happy and satisfied with this weekend here. Now I'm totally looking forward to next weekend in Szczyrk" explained Kriznar.

Besides Kriznar, Sara Takanashi and Alexandria Loutitt were on the podium in Courchevel, as they were the day before. Both confirmed their strong early form in the current summer. In fourth place, Abigail Strate ensured a strong team result for the Canadians.
For the two Canadians, the surprising bronze medal in the mixed team competition at the Beijing Olympics had been the starting point for the jump to the world's top. The highlight so far was the World Championship title for Loutitt at the World Championships in Planica (SLO) last winter.

3-time World Champion Katharina Schmid from Germany was, as already on Saturday, the best German athlete on 5th place. Selina Freitag and Pauline Hessler provided on 9th and 10th place for an overall good team result of the German athletes.
Haruka Iwasa was best Japanese in 6th place, Josephine Pagnier provided a top-10 result for the hosts from France in 8th place.

In the Grand Prix overall ranking Nika Kriznar leads with 200 of 200 possible points ahead of Sara Takanashi (160) and Alexandria Loutitt (120).

For the women it's all about Grand Prix points again next weekend in Szczyrk, Poland.
