Unfortunately the 21st edition of the World Cup event at the iconic venue in Bad Gastein (AUT) will not take place this season.

Due to regional circumstance of the covid-19 pandemic and in regard to a special location of the venue at the foot of the ski area, the Local Organising Committee has decided to cancel the event originally scheduled to take place on January 12-13, 2021.

The OESV along with the FIS is looking to find a replacement venue in Austria to host both the PSL race as well as the team competition.

After the opening event in Bannoye (RUS) has been postponed to a later date in January, the FIS Snowboard Alpine World Cup is gearing up to kick off the 2020/21 season with back-to-back PGS races in Cortina d’Ampezzo (ITA) and Carezza (ITA) in December.
