Silvaplana Slopestyle World Cup Stat Sheet
Silvaplana is hosting a Slopestyle World Cup for the fifth time, after four consecutive editions between 2020/21 and 2023/24.
Silvaplana Slopestyle World Cup – Men
The top three in the men’s Slopestyle standings come to Silvaplana (SUI) with only five points between them: Su Yiming (CHN) leads on 140 points, followed by Justus Henkes (USA) on 139 and Yuto Kimura (JPN) on 135. Romain Allemand (FRA, 101), Jake Canter (USA, 100) and Eli Bouchard (CAN, 100) are also within 40 points of the top.
Su Yiming (CHN) has already won the 2025/26 Big Air Crystal Globe. He can become the second man to win the Big Air and Slopestyle Crystal Globes in the same season after Chris Corning (USA) topped the 2017/18 season.
Su Yiming (CHN) is also still in the running for the men’s overall Park & Pipe Crystal Globe. He can become the first Chinese man to claim that trophy.
Milano Cortina 2026 Slopestyle champion Su Yiming (CHN) can become the first man to claim the gold medal and Crystal Globe in Slopestyle in the same season
Judd Henkes (USA) and Jake Canter (USA) are aiming to become the fourth U.S. rider to top the Slopestyle standings after Chris Corning (USA, 3 times), Redmond Gerard (USA, 1) and Dusty Henricksen (USA, 1).
Romain Allemand (FRA) can become the first Frenchman to win the Slopestyle Crystal Globe and only the second French athlete to win a Snowboard Park & Pipe Globe after Mathieu Crepel (FRA) triumphed in the Halfpipe standings in 2004/05.
Eli Bouchard (CAN) could become the third Canadian man in a row to win the Slopestyle Crystal Globe, after Liam Brearley (CAN) in 2023/24 and Cameron Spalding (CAN) in 2024/25.
Eli Bouchard (CAN) recorded his first career Slopestyle World Cup win in Flachau (AUT) last week. Justus Henkes (USA) tied his career-best as runner-up, while Hiroto Ogiwara (JPN) claimed his first podium in third place.
If Eli Bouchard (CAN) wins in Silvaplana, he will join Marcus Kleveland (NOR) and compatriot Cameron Spalding (CAN) as the only male riders to record back-to-back Slopestyle World Cup victories.
Despite leading the Slopestyle standings, Su Yiming (CHN) has yet to win a Slopestyle World Cup in his career. He can become the first Chinese man to do so in Silvaplana.
Su Yiming (CHN) is the only man with multiple Slopestyle podium finishes this season: second in Aspen (USA) and third in Laax (SUI). The last man to have at least three podiums in a single Slopestyle World Cup season was Dusty Henricksen (USA): three in 2022/23.
Judd Henkes (USA) has reached four Slopestyle World Cup podiums without recording a victory, a record he shares with Valentino Guseli (AUS). Su Yiming (CHN) can join that group if he wins in Silvaplana.
Yuto Kimura (JPN) made his World Cup debut earlier this season. He has yet to finish outside the top-10, and has already recorded apodium finishon Swiss snow: ninth in Snowmass (USA), second in Laax (SUI), and 10th in Flachau (AUT).
Yuto Kimura (JPN) can become the first Japanese winner of a men’s Slopestyle World Cup since Ryoma Kimata triumphed in Tignes (FRA) in March 2024.
Jake Canter (USA) recorded a career-first Slopestyle World Cup victory this season in Snowmass (USA). He can become the first U.S. rider to win multiple Slopestyle World Cup events within the same season.
Silvaplana Slopestyle World Cup – Women
Reira Iwabuchi (JPN) won both the first (2020/21) and previous edition (2023/24) of the Slopestyle World Cup event in Silvaplana (SUI).
Mia Brookes (GBR) won the most recent Slopestyle World Cup event in Flachau (AUT), ahead of Anna Gasser (AUT) and Lily Dhawornvej (USA) in second and third respectively. Of that podium, only Dhawornvej is set to compete in Silvaplana (SUI).
Lily Dhawornvej (USA) is the current Slopestyle standings leader on 169 points, nine ahead of Kokomo Murase (JPN) on 160 points. Murase and third-placed Anna Gasser (AUT, 140 points) will not compete in Silvaplana. Mari Fukada (JPN) is Dhawornvej’s closest rival in Silvaplana, she sits 53 points behind the U.S. rider in fourth place on 116 points.
A top-four finish in Silvaplana for Lily Dhawornvej (USA) would guarantee her the Slopestyle Crystal Globe. If she records a result outside of the top four, her final standing will depend on the results of the other riders. If she wins, 16-year old Dhwawornvej would be the youngest snowboarder to win the Slopestyle Crystal Globe since its inception in 2010/11.
Lily Dhawornvej (USA) can also win the women’s overall Park & Pipe Crystal Globe this weekend. She currently trails Park & Pipe leader Gaon Choi (KOR) by 48 points in fifth place. None of the overall top four are competing in Silvaplana.
Lily Dhawornvej (USA) could become the third rider to claim the women’s Slopestyle Crystal Globe without winning an event, after Kjersti Buaas (NOR) in 2012/13 and Katie Ormerod (GBR) in 2019/20.
Lily Dhawornvej (USA) won the Slopestyle event at the FIS Park and PIpe Junior World Championships earlier in March. She can become the Slopestyle Junior World Champion to also win the Crystal Globe after Kokomo Murase (JPN). Laurie Blouin (CAN) can also achieve this in Silvaplana, she became Junior World Champion 13 years ago in 2013.
The last U.S. woman to win the Slopestyle Crystal Globe was Julia Marino (USA) in 2022/23. Lily Dhawornvej (USA) can join Kelly Clark (USA, 2012/13) and Jamie Anderson (USA, 2015/16) as the only U.S. riders to win the overall Park & Pipe Globe.
Mari Fukada (JPN) can win a Crystal Globe for the first time in her career in Silvaplana and join compatriots Miyabi Onitsuka (JPN, 2018/19) and Kokomo Murase (JPN, 2021/22 and 2023/24) as Slopestyle Crystal Globe winners.
Milano Cortina 2025 Slopestyle gold medalist Mari Fukada (JPN) can become the first woman to win Olympic gold and the Crystal Globe in Slopestyle in the same season.
Laurie Blouin (CAN) has a chance to become the first Canadian woman to win the Slopestyle Crystal Globe. The only other Canadian snowboarder to win a women’s Crystal Globe was Tara Teigen (CAN), who topped the Halfpipe standings in 1996/97.
Standings leader Lily Dhawornvej (USA) is one of three riders who have recorded multiple Slopestyle podiums this season: Dhawornvej, Anna Gasser (AUT) and Kokomo Murase (JPN) each have two.
In her 10 Slopestyle World Cup career starts, Mari Fukada (JPN) has recorded only two results outside the top seven, both on Swiss snow: 13th in Silvaplana (SUI) in 2023/24 and 30th in Laax (SUI) in 2024/25.
Annika Morgan (GER) has recorded five career Slopestyle World Cup podium finishes, but has yet to claim victory. Only Brooke Voigt (CAN, 6) has reached more Slopestyle World Cup podiums without ever winning. Morgan finished eighth in her only career start in Silvaplana in 2023/24.
Tess Coady’s (AUS) previous Slopestyle World Cup podium came in Silvaplana (SUI) in 2022/23. Her World Cup event results since: 4th-4th-6th-6th-4th.
