The FIS Freestyle North American Cup tour concluded this past weekend, marking the end of an exhilarating series of events that spanned the continent. Over the course of February and the first weekend of March, athletes competed in six events across some of North America's most challenging and picturesque locations - Deer Valley (USA), Apex Mountain (CAN), Lac-Beauport (CAN), Val St. Come (CAN), Stratton Mountain (USA), and Lake Placid (USA).

The tour's grand finale featured the last moguls and dual moguls events at Stratton Mountain, along with aerials competitions in Lake Placid. For detailed results from these events, please visit Stratton Mountain results / Lake Placid results.

Aerials Highlights

On the aerials front, Tasia Tanner (USA) emerged as the NorAm women's champion, securing her title with two third-place finishes in Lake Placid. Tanner edged out Emma Weiss in the overall rankings by just two points, finishing with 202 points to Weiss's 200. Weiss, who had won two events in Lac-Beauport, did not compete in Lake Placid, allowing Tanner to clinch the title. Megan Smallhouse (USA) claimed third place overall with 180 points, thanks to a win and a runner-up spot in Lake Placid.

For the men, Emile Nadeau (CAN) dominated the season, inspired by a top-3 finish at the home World Cup in Lac-Beauport. Nadeau racked up two victories and one second-place finish across four NorAm tour competitions, ending the season as the champion with 325 points. His teammates, Alexandre Duchaine and Lewis Irving, secured the second and third spots in the overall standings with 216 and 205 points, respectively.
